Requirements
Presenters/Reporters - Need to be confident or willing to speak in front of a camera. Need to feel OK if interviewing or talking to other people.
Camera - Need to have some experience in camera work.
Graphics - Need to be good at drawing or using drawing software like paint etc. You will also need to make digital graphics. The first graphics designers will need to make our logo and our TV show introduction and ending.
Typists - Need to be rather fast at typing on the computer.
Sound - Need to be confident in using microphones, cameras and Acid.
Managers - Need to be willing to organise groups of people and get everything ready for the TV show.
Equipment - Need to get everything reading before filming or editing of the TV show.
Editors - Need to be confident in Vegas and other video editing software.
Uploading - Need to know how to upload video, pictures, text etc. on to the Internet and other programs.
Music - Need to be confident in using Acid or working with Mrs Germann on playing or making music. The first music designers will design opening theme.
Website - Need to be confident in using the Internet and working with me to construct our Splashcast TV Show.
Non - Jobs
People without specific jobs will be able to give input in to what happens in the show. You may also be required to work with some of the people with jobs if needed. We will have regular class meetings to discuss ideas but if you think of something tell a member of the organisation group.

Tasks
Presenters/Reporters - Need to know their lines and be organised for filming. Will also need to meet with Sound and Typists to record and go through the script.
Camera - Need to know when and at what times they will be needed for filming. They will need to work with the Typists and Managers to work out camera shots.
Graphics - Need to get all pictures and artwork ready to be filmed or uploaded. They will also need to have the show introduction and ending ready for uploading and putting on the website.
Typists - Need to meet with Organisation Group to know how the show will be running. They will also have to make sure that the scripts are ready for when filming begins.
Sound - All pictures that have sound need to be pre-recorded before putting on the website. They need to work with the Presenters and Reporters so that all recorded sound actually works.
Managers - Need to make sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be. They are assistant directors.
Equipment - Before filming or editing they need to make sure that everything is ready and working. Their responsibility is to look after the equipment.
Editors - Need to get all filming edited and looking ‘good’ before it is put onto the site. These people will work with the Presenters, Camera Operators and Hamish.
Uploading - Need to get everything on the computer so that it can just be put on the website. These people will need to scan pictures, check that all media is working etc.
Music - Need to create music on Acid or with Mrs Germann and have it ready in mp3 files to be put on the website. They need to work with the editors who will add their music to the video.
Website - Will work with Hamish to put everything on the website. They will also be promoting our TV Show over the Internet.
